Creating excellent pre-conception health, this day takes a full history and gives you the action plan your need. It is an emotional day usually and this too needs releasing and build confidence is the other critical part of the day. It is a day that examines the couple in detail and leaves you feeling ready to try again once you have practiced the homeworks provided in the plan for 12 weeks. Couples often take this day with me and then like to continue with support.
